Bathroom Makeover on a Budget

The girls bathroom got a mini makeover the other day and I was actually surprised by the impact of the transformation. Since we built our house their bathroom has been flamingo themed. They were 5 years younger and I personally love the Florida bird. we bought the vanity at Dirt Cheap, for dirt cheap, but the cabinet color was a medium brown and didn’t go with the rest of our house. So, I painted it with Annie Sloan chalk paint in a color that I made up. (I just mixed some of her paints together to get the right shade of coral I wanted.)
Here is the before picture

I had wanted to do wallpaper in here, stick on, but just wasn’t sure how it would hold up in the humidity of the bathroom. So I went with a cheaper, maybe not less riskier route. I painted polka dots on the wall. The green paint was left over from painted Elah’s accent wall back when

they were quarantine, a color she picked out. it’s pretty and neutral, but how would it look as dots all over the wall..... I really was nervous how I would like it. But I love it! It made the room pop and it actually pulled the decor in the bathroom together, like the dots made a space for them on the wall.
